This week’s topic is not so much about the origins of perfumes or celebrity fragrances- it’s about some exciting changes we are making to Perfume City. Perfume City as always, is looking to refine its corporate brand and making some changes to enhance the customer experience. Rest assured these changes will be made with minimal disruption and inconvenience to our customers.
A new name! The company name will be rebranded from Perfume City to a very recognisable name. This new name will be revealed in the coming weeks so watch this space for further details soon.
There are some changes that we have already made on the website with no disruption to our customers experience. For example, product reviews are now available to be added and viewed. Customers are now able to leave a product review for any product they have purchased and used. Whether the product was purchased from our website or not, customers can now leave a product review on any fragrance. The product review takes 1 to 2 minutes and it’s entirely up to the customer as to what they write about the fragrance. The process is relatively easy to use and customers can also give a fragrance a rating out of 5 stars.
Another change we have introduced is making it a lot easier for customers to join us in some of the social media forums like Facebook and Twitter. Within the product description pages customers will have the convenience of simply clicking on the Facebook icon to join our fabulous fan page and interact with the many fans already on board. Customers will have the ability to get involved in the discussions or even follow our tweets/updates on Twitter. The Rss icon which enables customers to receive a notification when new products have arrived, sale items, latest releases etc. is also available on the product description pages.
