On arrival if the product is faulty or the product itself has been damaged during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you either a refund, store credit or replace the product. This is dependant on the fault/damage. Any authorised refunds given will be for the value of the product only not including any shipping costs that has been incurred. Any shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please note that damage of the packaging does not warrant a refund or exchange.
We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact Myperfume.com.au before making any returns or if you have any queries regarding your product on 1300 900 782 or via the contact us page.
If a product has been authorised for a return by myperfume.com.au, the customer has 7 business days in which to make the return. A Return Number will be provided by myperfume.com.au dependant on the damage or fault. Upon receiving this number the customer must return the product(s) within 7 days. No refund, store credit or replacement will be provided until the faulty or damaged product or products are received for evaluation by myperfume.com.au.
If a product has been authorised for a return by myperfume.com.au, you (the customer) must ensure the product or products are carefully wrapped and securely packaged to avoid any further possible damage. This must be accompanied with the purchase receipt. We advise you (the customer) to use a courier company that can provide you (the customer) with a tracking number and insurance for the return. The customer will be liable for the shipping cost involved when returning the product/products.
If a product has been authorised for a return by myperfume.com.au, the product or products must be in the same condition in which you received them and the product or products must be unopened, not used and unsprayed.
NOTE: When the return item has been received by myperfume.com.au the product/products will be assessed and you will be notified of the next steps.
