The shipping and handling forms part of the terms and conditions.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping and handling is a separate service and incurs a $6.95 flate rate fee Australia wide on orders under $100. This is for preparing the products, items used to safely and carefully package the products and delivery of the products to our customers.

  • Items and materials used for safe packaging of perfumes and fragrances are cardboard boxes, industrial super strength tape, bubble wrap and envirofills for extra protection. 
  • $6.95 flat rate shipping fee Australia wide on orders under $100
  • Free delivery on orders over $100

Delivery Address

We recommend that you use your work address or an address were you will be present to receive you consignment as a signature is required. Myperfume.com.au is not liable for any delays that arise for not being able to sign upon delivery.

If the delivery address or delivery details given by you are incorrect, effecting the delivery or loss of the product or products all subsequent charges will be worn by the customer. This includes a re-purchase of the product or products purchased and associated delivery charges. Please take care when inputting your delivery address as this is not covered by the insurance provided. Myperfume.com.au is not liable for any delays, loss, or inconvenience caused which may arise if the authorised customer is not present at the delivery address provided to sign for the consignment.

Signature upon Delivery

We use Australia Post's eParcel delivery system which requires a signature upon delivery, if you are not present to sign for your consignment Australia Post will leave a calling card and make your perfume available for collection from a nearby Australia Post office. Using a work address or an address where you will be present to sign for your order is quicker. Myperfume.com.au is not liable for any delays, loss, or inconvenience caused which may arise if the authorised customer is not present at the delivery address provided to sign for the consignment or deliveries with a PO Box or Locked Bag address. 

Insurance

For your peace of mind all deliveries are covered by insurance no matter how big or small the order is.

Tracking your Consignment

All deliveries are made by Australia Post, registered eParcel delivery service. Each parcel comes with a tracking number for your peace of mind and can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track.  Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking details and link to track your order.

Packaging and Handling

At myperfume.com.au we take extra care when packaging and handling all products and getting them ready for delivery. We understand that perfumes, fragrances, gift sets, and beauty products are all different in sizes, shapes and weight. With this in mind each item ordered is specifically packaged to ensure the upmost care is taken when the products are being handled and packaged for shipment. This is in addition to the compliance undertaken with the Australia Post dangerous goods policies and procedures which is approved for road transport only. 

Delivery General

Delivery times given are a guide only. Myperfume.com.au will not be liable for any reason if delivery falls outside the delivery guide. Myperfume.com.au customers agree and understand that they shall not be entitled to withdraw, change or modify any commitment or agreement made for the purchases of product, products or services for any reason or reasons including any delay in delivery.

Please note depending on certain circumstances we may use a Courier service. 

International Delivery

Myperfume.com.au currently does not deliver internationally.

Domestic Deliveries

All products are handled with care, professionally packaged and dispatched within 24 hours once all payments have been cleared and received by myperfume.com.au. This is with the exception of weekends and public holidays where the packages will be dispatched on the next business day.
