One of the most polarising scents of the noughties, Thierry Mugler's Angel has discovered its dissimilar, but equally beautiful cousin in Angel Sunessence Bleu Lagon. This 'Angel' travels in the reflected shine of sunlight on deep blue pools, is barely visible behind the cascade of the tropical waterfall, and floats suspended at the border between the rainforest canopy and the sky.

Angel Sunessence Bleu Lagon is far lighter than the original Angel, though with the same patchouli base. It opens with scents of carambola, but you quickly discover that you have experienced only a little of Angel Sunessence Bleu Lagon. Ginger and floral notes wash around you on aquatic accords in the heart, with a reassuringly firm base of patchouli, vanilla and resin.
